Good quality with vibrant colours! Only took a couple of days to flatten out the edges with some light weight and I'm so glad I didn't have to use heat on it to get it sitting right. My dog's had a couple of scratches at it and it's totally fine! Seems pretty tough.

Great communication with regular emails and I really love my rug, it is much more plush than I imagined. I was initially concerned that it wouldn't flatten out, as it came to tightly wrapped, but it has and I love it.
