Shedding happens. Just like fresh ink peels, your rug will shed a little at first. It’s 100% natural with New Zealand wool and shedding will stop over time.

Creases? Relax. Any folds from shipping will settle flat in about a week. Gravity does the work.

Spot clean, don’t soak. Dab with a damp cloth + mild detergent. Never drown it or throw it in the wash.

Vacuum, don’t wrestle. A gentle vacuum keeps it sharp. No need for heavy-duty brushes — think fresh fade, not buzz cut.
