30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your rug to request a return.

This applies to pre-orders as well. However, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while in production or transit — the rug must first arrive with you before being returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The rug must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email inkedrugs@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent back to the UK.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Handcrafted Details

Each rug is handmade by skilled artisans. Slight size variations (±1–2 cm) and minor finishing differences may occur. These are natural characteristics of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Rugs

  • Gift cards


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your rug when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different design or size, the quickest option is to return your original rug (once approved) and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
