Inspired by Bert Grimm, this tiger head rug nods to one of the most iconic images in tattoo history. Grimm was a pioneer of American traditional tattooing, working in the early days when tattooing was still underground.

His tiger flash, first released in the 1930s, became a staple on shop walls worldwide — bold, aggressive, and instantly recognisable. This rug keeps that same energy: heavy lines, strong contrast, classic tattoo history brought to the floor.

Creases? Relax. Any folds from shipping will settle flat in about a week. Gravity does the work.

Spot clean, don’t soak. Dab with a damp cloth + mild detergent. Never drown it or throw it in the wash.

Vacuum, don’t wrestle. A gentle vacuum keeps it sharp. No need for heavy-duty brushes — think fresh fade, not buzz cut.

Color and Material good, though dirty.

The color and material of the rug are excellent. However, when the product arrived it was very dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. After removing the packaging, I needed to vacuum the rug and air it out before putting it on the floor inside the house.
