How long does Production take?

Due to very high demand and each rug being handmade this can take up to 4-10 weeks. 

Will I see a draft copy before production starts?

Yes, I'll email you a draft copy of your rug before production starts. If I don't receive a response within 3 working days I will start production. 

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will I see a draft image before production starts? 

Yes, once order is placed I'll email you within 3-5 working days with the draft image of the rug before production starts. If I don't receive confirmation within 3 days - production will start without confirmation. 

Can I return my order?

As all orders are made to order. We cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot normally make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed as orders are started as soon as possible. If contacted immediately, we may be able to facilitate your request.
